Peugeot is set to reveal the 208 Hybrid FE concept at the 2013 edition of the Frankfurt motor show . First shown in basic mockup form earlier in the year in Geneva, it has now turned into a fully-fledged concept which has a very interesting proposition – it emits 49 k/km of CO2, yet still hits 100 km/h (62 mph) in 8 seconds.
