Perhaps ten or twenty years ago, a small hot hatch with 133PS (131bhp) under its hood would have made for a very interesting proposition, but nowadays, with safety and luxury appointments having added plenty of pounds to the mix, and many car makers having boosted their small displacement engines, Renault's Twingo RS 133 is much less relevant.
