I've always wondered how many modern day wagon/estate buyers justify their choice by the actual need for extra carrying capacity, and how many go for one because of the cool factor associated with them (you know which ones we mean), especially in the US, where they are nowhere near as common as in Europe, and there are still those who label them as oddball creations.
